I trained through the Forest Therapy Hub. My life is a blend of nature and creativity\u2014I believe that nature teaches us not only peace, but also beauty and expression. I believe that nature is not something outside of us, but a part of who we are\u2014we are not separate from it, but one with it. In the forest, we find a clarity that we often lose in the noise of everyday life. I trust that within the quiet of the forest, each of us holds the potential for deep calm, stronger health, and inner transformation.
