ABOUT ME
Who am I
I am Sara Hutar, a certified forest bathing and forest therapy guide. I trained through the Forest Therapy Hub. My life is a blend of nature and creativity—I believe that nature teaches us not only peace, but also beauty and expression. By education, I am a professor of fine arts.
I am a passionate advocate for reconnecting people with nature. I believe that nature is not something outside of us, but a part of who we are—we are not separate from it, but one with it. When we step into the forest, we are not entering a foreign world, but returning home, to our true nature.
My mission
My mission is to create a space where people can pause, slow down, and feel that nature is not just a backdrop to our lives, but a living presence that supports us, heals us, and offers answers—if we are willing to listen. In the forest, we find a clarity that we often lose in the noise of everyday life. I trust that within the quiet of the forest, each of us holds the potential for deep calm, stronger health, and inner transformation. And I believe that nature always offers support and answers when we open ourselves to it.
Motivation
The programs I lead are not just walks—they are an invitation to slow down, be mindful, and experience deeply. I want people to rediscover how healing a connection with the forest can be, and to learn to see nature as an ally, a teacher, and a friend.
For me, nature—and the forest in particular—is not just an environment; it is a space for regeneration and awakening. I am guided by the desire to help people find inner peace, clarity, and connection with themselves through sensory experiences in the forest.
