Forest bathing

The forest becomes our therapist. As your guide, I gently lead you through sensory exercises where you will observe, listen, smell, and feel nature in a way we rarely experience in the rush of everyday life. At the end, we take time for reflection, share our feelings, and often conclude with a tea ceremony made from herbs gathered in nature.

Creating in Nature

Nature is the greatest artist—in its colors, shapes, textures, and light, we find endless inspiration. When we surrender to the quiet of the forest and open our senses, creativity flows naturally. A forest bathing session calms us, clears our minds, and awakens curiosity—and it is in these moments that we are most open to creating.

Forest therapy

Forest therapy is a targeted process of personal growth in nature, combining presence in the forest with elements of therapeutic work. It is tailored to the individual, based on their needs (anxiety, burnout, depression, etc.). Under the guidance of a trained therapist, participants gently, safely, and supportedly engage with personal challenges, emotions, or life topics they wish to explore and transform.
